In fair vintage condition with the glass bottles missing their tops, replaced with modern corks.

The bourbon metal name chain is also missing, along with the handle that attached to the padlock.

the silver caddy is thoroughly used and signs of use include:

-a lot of scratching, rusting and some of the shiny silver having flaked off the base, mostly hidden by the decanters as they sit in the tray.
